Epsilon Systems Teams with SAIC to Support Joint Program Executive Office for Joint Tactical Radio System

San Diego California (May 22, 2008) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., teamed with prime contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), has been awarded a subcontract to support the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS)-Joint Ground Domain (JGD). The total contract value is $42 million over a five year period, if all options are exercised.

The JTRS program was initiated in 1997 and reorganized in 2005 under JPEO direction to develop, produce and field interoperable, digital, modular, software-defined radios for use by joint military forces. Under the scope of the subcontract, Epsilon Systems will provide a range of program, logistics, engineering and administrative services for the JGD Program Management Office and JGD Product Management Offices, located in San Diego, CA; Fort Monmouth, NJ; Alexandria, VA; and Aberdeen, MD.
