Epsilon Systems Teams with Echota Technologies to Support DOE Safety Center of Excellence in Albuquerque, NM
San Diego California (June 12, 2008) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., has been awarded a subcontract from Echota Technologies Corporation to provide support to the US Department of Energy (DOE) National Training Center (NTC) in Albuquerque, NM for NTC’s Safety Center of Excellence. The total subcontract value is $3.9 million.
The NTC provides employees the skills and qualifications necessary to ensure that the DOE mission and associated operations are conducted in a safe manner while simultaneously protecting personnel, facilities, the environment, and the public. The goal of the Safety Center of Excellence is to establish a series of high quality, job-relevant, and effective training courses while building an integrated and curriculum-based training program with specialized safety tracts.
Epsilon Systems will assist with the development of DOE safety and nuclear safety training courses as well as e-learning courses and provide subject matter experts and instructors to support and teach the courses. In addition, Epsilon Systems will be providing training clearinghouse database services.
