San Diego Magazine Recognizes Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. as one of "San Diego's Best Workplaces" for 2006

San Diego, CA (August 24, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions has been selected as one of the top 10 “Best Workplaces in San Diego” in the emerging business size category and will be featured in the September edition of San Diego Magazine.

Epsilon Systems is one of only 30 top-ten companies selected from more than 4,000 companies invited to participate in the best workplaces selection process. Employers Group, in conjunction with San Diego Magazine, utilized two surveys including an employee satisfaction survey and a blind-scoring system to select the winners. Three employee size categories (emerging, medium and large) were identified from which ten winners in each category were chosen. This program recognizes local firms that have worked hard to create environments where their employees love to go to work. The criteria used to determine “ San Diego’s Best Workplaces” include: work-life balance, employee voice and work culture, community involvement, turnover, pay, benefits, perks and incentives, training, and opportunities for advancement and diversity.
