Meet Our People

Ron works s as a Foreman for the Marine and Industrial Services (MIS) Sector. As the foreman of the Aviation Department, Ron is expected to provide his knowledge and services for the completion of various contracts
within MIS. Recently, Ron went above and beyond what is normally expected of him, taking on two unique and challenging tasks; the Compact Aircraft Support Cart (CASC) and serving as the lead technician for a NAVAIR Manufacturing contract. Ron’s manufacturing and technical prowess, combined with his exceptional leadership skills have resulted in the successful scheduled completion of a great deal of manufacturing work for MIS in the last year. Ron was also instrumental in discovering several design issues with the Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance System (ILARTS) Brackets. While maintaining our production schedule, he has spent off-hours coming in to troubleshoot discrepancies on production CASC units that if not repaired would inhibit on-time deliveries. Ron has proven himself to be a true representative of Epsilon’s core values, an example which will surely lead to more contracts in the near future.

When not providing his talents at Epsilon, Ron enjoys the more simple things in life, skating, golf, and spending time with his family.
