Mr. Bryan Min

Bryan Min is the Founder, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Since its
inception in 1998, Mr. Min has grown the company to
over 600 employees and 22 locations worldwide.
Under his visionary leadership, Epsilon Systems has
experienced a phenomenal growth rate.
Mr. Min has been recognized by the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles as the 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year and given a Certificate of Congressional Commendation by the U.S. House of Representatives. He also received a Leadership Award from the Asian Business Association in 2003; and, Ernst & Young honored Mr. Min as the 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year in the Defense Business Category.
Prior to starting Epsilon, Mr. Min served as Director of West Coast Operations for Earl Industries, a unit of Digital Systems International Corporation (DSIC), and as Operations Manager for DSIC.
Mr. Min is a qualified Navy Nuclear Engineering Officer certified by the Department of Energy and served active duty from 1986 to 1992 in the US Nuclear Submarine Force. He currently serves in the US Naval Reserves.
Mr. Min is a student in both engineering and business fields. He holds engineering (Bachelor's and Master's) degrees from the University of Southern California and Virginia Polytechnic and State University, respectively. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having graduated from Harvard Business School's OPM Program, and he has completed business executive courses at the Wharton School of Business and the Defense Systems Management College.
Mr. Min currently serves on various boards including the Board of Councilors for the School of Engineering for the University of Southern California and as Chairman of the Board for Axesstel Corporation (AMEX:AFT). He is a co-founder of a local church, and is also an ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.
He gives back to the community via a non-profit corporation that he founded, ESSential Foundation. ESSential Foundation is organized to fund educational programs for schools and provide economic assistance to needy families. Mr. Min is a member of the board for the San Diego Convention Center Corporation and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and serves as the vice chairman of the board for the San Diego Korean Association.
He resides in San Diego and is married with two children.
