Species of concern are
often drivers for many of the biological resources
projects currently handled by ESS. These projects
frequently include sensitive plant and wildlife
surveys, biological baseline studies, mitigation
planning and monitoring (selection and implementation
of Best Management Practices), and the day-to-day
activities involved with threatened and endangered
species program management. |
Epsilon assists land use planning
programs by writing Integrated Natural Resources
Management Plans, Integrated Cultural Resources
Management Plans, and National Environmental Policy
Act (NEPA) documentation. Epsilon also has extensive
experience in acquiring air and water resources
permits frequently required by NEPA documentation.
Extensive Geographic Information
Systems (GIS) and complex spatial analysis and
modeling services, provided by in-house Epsilon
staff, support these programs.
