Project Management Management experience as formal liaison and senior point of contact for negotiations with private contractors and various government organizations including Defense Logistics Agency and Naval Inventory Control Point for the efficient and timely acquisition, manufacture, supply and distribution of thousands of repair parts in support of all facets of Naval Aviation. Instrumental in the reduction of Chief of Naval Air Force (CNAF) engine bare firewalls by 70% during tenure. Integrated concepts and methods of Lean Manufacturing for the improvement of cycle times and the reduction of waste within both manufacturing and order processing disciplines.
