Mr. Alan Stewart
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stewart currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for Epsilon System's Accounting and Finance operations, and plays a key strategic planning role for the company. Mr. Stewart was selected as CFO of the Year in 2007 by the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) in the large private business category.

Prior to his position at Epsilon Systems, Mr. Stewart was CFO of High Technology Solutions (HTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wireless Facilities, Inc.

During his seven years at HTS, Mr. Stewart was instrumental in all aspects of the company’s strategic and financial initiatives. Mr. Stewart was responsible for the acquisition and integration of several technology firms and successfully completed several debt rounds and a $17 million dollar private equity financing from several large institutional investors, including GE, Intel, Ford Motor Company and Hambrecht & Quist.

Under his financial leadership, HTS achieved significant strategic and financial success. Mr. Stewart led the successful sale of HTS to Wireless Facilities, Inc. in early 2004.

Prior to joining HTS, Mr. Stewart served over 10 years as a nuclear engineer in the United States Submarine Force. Mr. Stewart received his BS degree, with distinction, from the U.S. Naval Academy and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
