Mr. Bryan Min
Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Min is the Founder, President & CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Under his visionary leadership, Epsilon Systems has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 1998.  It employs “Epsiloneers” across 23 locations in the U.S. and Asia.  Over the past decade, Epsilon Systems has become one of the premier defense contracting firms in the southern California region and has been recognized as one of the “Emerging Businesses of the Year."  Also, Mr. Min has received various military, business, and community leadership accolades from organizations such as the U.S. Navy, the Small Business Administration, Ernst & Young, the Asian Business Association and the United States Congress.

He has served on active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 in the US Nuclear Submarine Force.  He is a qualified Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer.

Mr. Min holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's OPM Program and earned an MPA at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Korean Studies Program at San Diego State University.  Additionally, he serves as a Board Member on the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering.

He gives back to the community via the ESSential Foundation which he established in 2000.  The ESSential Foundation funds, among other things, military families, international microfinance, and educational programs for local schools. He is a co-founder of a church and is an Ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.

He resides in San Diego with his wife, Julie, and their two children.
